I would strongly recommend Deskaway on simplicity, pricing, and feature integration. It’s also becoming more social as we speak.

It would be kinda cool, if you could tell if you have used any of these. I personally tried Basecamp. It’s a great collaboration tool, but it fails when it comes to project management, due dates, dead-lines and so on. I also had a look at GoPlan - it’s a Basecamp clone with a couple of minor features added. Wrike works for me so far. I can’t wait till they finally release that task dependencies feature. It takes them to long to develop it already.

Of all of these products, only @task (attask.com) is a true PPM solution. Basically that means it assists in collaboration and planning across projects and organizational objectives.

While you are at it, add Intervals to the list.

The one I like of all these is Easy project, but is too expensive for my team, thus we use ProjectOffice.net. It is in Beta and it has what we need.

I liked http://www.5pmweb.com. The product is good for me, though I don’t use all the features. I mainly like the interface - easy to find things. And the price is good (I use the $14/month plan). Some products listed here, like @Task are just too expensive and don’t even allow an easy way to register a trial account.

I work for Easy Projects .NET so I’m obviously a little biased, but here are four areas that make our product stand out:
    1) Ease of use: Easy Projects .NET was designed to make project management hassle free and straightforward- no training courses, no complicated set-up, just an easy-to-use product
    2) All-in-One: A project management tool with integrated time, issue, and request tracking. Why pay for and learn these related functions separately?
    3) Flexibility: Choose between in-house or SaaS models. Customize the software with our source code package. Integrate 3rd party tools with our API.
    4) Customer support: Talk to a receptive and knowledgeable support team LIVE- by phone, IM, remote access support, and email.

No project management tool is the perfect solution for everyone, but http://www.easyprojects.net is your site if you’re intrigued and want more information.

@Marco- Thanks for spreading the word about Easy Projects .NET! If you’re still interested in using our product with your team, give us a call and we can discuss options.
